Farouk Ali,CDPE, CIPS,GRI,TRC, Broker/Owner of FLNY Properties

Ali's distinguished career began more than 25 years ago.He was previously the President of of the Bronx-Manhattan Association from 1997-1999 and was Realtor of the Year in 1995. He also received recognition from the New York Association of Realtors by being inducted into the Realtors Honor Society. He was named Businessman of the Year by the South Bronx Board of Trade in 1997 and was honored by the community of Allerton, N.Y., for serving with distinction, integrity and honesty.

Ali is a 1992 Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), and became a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in 2000, and received his Transnational Referral Systems Certification (TRC) in 2007.

In 2010 Mr. Ali became a certified CDPE. As a CDPE he is expert in both handling Distress properties, and Short Sales and understanding the issues that the distress homeowner faces and is able to offer a full range of solutions.
